The scope of the Construction Manager's services shall include, cost estimating, budgeting, value engineering, constructability review, scheduling, LEED, pre construction planning and funding analysis for the various phases of the Project. Project Description The project will renovate approximately 6,400 SF of the basement level at the Veterinary Medical Center (0299) . This project will perform a full renovation of the existing locker rooms and restrooms inclusive of demolition of all non-bearing walls, ceilings, lighting, plumbing fixtures lockers and finishes throughout the space. The reconfigured locker rooms will provide additional capacity for students, faculty and staff while modernizing the facility, inclusive of new lockers, ceilings, lighting, HVAC distribution, plumbing distribution, showers and plumbing fixtures and new finishes throughout. The project goals are as follows: Increase the total number of lockers to a minimum of 602 (combined faculty and students) Create entry vestibules to visually shield entries to the locker rooms. Create individual shower rooms. Create individual changing areas at each gender locker room. Provide a coherent circulation and layout to the space. Relocate office spaces from locker-room entries. Improve accessibility and egress throughout the space.
