Each project is to be bid separately and all bids are to be Lump Sum by project. This bid may be awarded in full or by project. Unit #1: Carrier rooftop, model #48TMD014 A 601, serial #0808G30570 Unit #2: Carrier rooftop, model #48TMD014 A 601, serial #0808G30571 Furnish and install non-fused electrical disconnect for each new unit Furnish and install Sensi model# 1F87U-42WF thermostats for each new unit Project #2: Replace the following HVAC equipment atthe Hampton Park Library, 5345 Settingdown Road, Cumming, GA 30041. . Unit #1: Carrier rooftop, model# 48HJE004G-641HS, serial# 1609G50391 . Unit #2: Carrier rooftop, model# 48HJD006GH-641HS, serial# 1609G10400 . Unit #3: Carrier rooftop, model# 48HJD012GH-681HS, serial# 1709G30583 . Furnish and install non-fused electrical disconnect for each new unit FOR ALL PROJECTS: Question Deadline 08/12/2024 at 5:00 PM ET . HVAC unit(s) should be a Carrier unit or equivalent. . All material must be new. . Contractor must provide data sheets on equipment being proposed. . A copy of HVAC license must be submitted with bid. . The work will be conducted during normal business hours. . Work must meet all codes that govern this type of project. . Contractor to provide crane for removing and setting equipment . Contractor is to recover existing unit refrigerant. . Contractor will dispose of existing equipment. . Contractor will clean area of all construction debris and restore to original appearance. Clean-up and restoration must meet approval of FCPL. . Provide all materials and workforce to complete installations as per provided documents. .
