This project consists of removal of existing roof system, installation of new single ply roof system & thermal insulation, and replacement of roof level windows. Approximately 108,220 SF. A cashiers check or bid bond payable to OXFORD CITY SCHOOLS in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, must accompany the bidders proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. PRE-QUALIFICATION PROCEDURE: Only General Contractors, Roofing Contractors, and Mechanical Contractors who have been approved to bid pursuant to pre-qualification procedures and criteria established by the Owner will be eligible to bid for the Project Applications for pre- qualification must be received by the Architect by Wednesday, July 31, 2024 by 5:00 PM CT, after which no further applications will be considered.
