As of November 10, 2025, this project has been cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Hillsborough County Water Resources Department is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified professionals to provide professional engineering services to design and oversee the construction of utility relocations such as the location of existing and proposed potable water, reclaimed water, gravity sewer and wastewater force main, utility infrastructure as related to rights-of-way (ROW) or utility easement improvement projects. Project Estimate: $8,000,000.00 per agreement *To be given consideration, questions and requests for interpretation must be received no later than 14 calendar days after the date of Solicitation issuance in online, site visit, or pre-bid conference, whichever is later as stated in Paragraph 3.4 of the Contract Terms and Conditions Document. The County may select multiple qualified Professional(s) for award of this contract. Award will be made to the highest ranked firm(s), based on the evaluation criteria identified within the solicitation. Separate contracts will be executed between the County and each Professional. Work Orders will generally be issued to the Professionals subject to their availability, responsiveness to requests, ongoing performance, schedule, and/or other considerations.
