A. Remove existing stone walkpads and set aside for reuse. B. Remove existing waterproofing membrane and properly dispose. C. Inspect concrete substrate for deficiencies and repair at the unit cost listed on the Bid Form. D. Adhere 1/2 " gypsum recovery board to concrete decking. E. Fully-adhere SBS modified bitumen base sheet in Zero VOC adhesive. F. Install reinforced fleece-back KEE-Stone sheet specified KEE-Lock spatter adhesive. Special attention should be given to keep new roofing membrane clean throughout the installation process. G. Install non fleece-back KEE-Stone sheet to flashings set in KEE-Lock WB Flashing Adhesive a minimum of 9" onto field of roof. (Leave the bottom 3" free of adhesive for proper heat-weld onto field membrane.) H. Loose lay protective mat and drainage mat throughout field of roof. I. Install new drain inserts ensuring a water-tight bond between new roofing assembly using nonfleece-back utility flashing. J. Termination bar for new flashing material shall be set in mastic and covered throughout. Fabricate and install new slip flashing at rooftop penetrations. K. Charcoal filters are to be used at all nearby intakes throughout the installation process. HVAC units and intakes nearest the working area should be powered down during the day when able. L. Primary roofing manufacturer to provide routine quality inspections and weekly documentation throughout the duration of the project. M. All Sections: Clean up all debris and/or damage done to grounds, building and roof top (if any). Contractor is responsible for any clean up and cost accrued.
