Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,000-square-foot fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Project consists of the renovation of 10,000 SF existing building. As of July 25, 2024, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Work under this Contract includes: a. Sitework: 1) Site utilities: Water mains replacement. b. Building Structure: 1) Concrete footings, masonry and concrete foundation walls, concrete slabs on grade, masonry bearing walls, steel framing, precast concrete plank/concrete topping floor systems, composite steel/concrete floor systems, steel bar joist/deck and precast concrete plank roof systems, composite steel/concrete roof systems, insulated steel stud exterior bearing wall systems, and miscellaneous metal items including stairs, railings. c. Building Enclosure: 1) Galvanized hollow metal door and frame. 2) Roofing systems of fully adhered single ply, and pre-finished metal coping. d. Interior Finishes: 1) Insulated gypsum board/metal stud partitions, concrete block partitions and infill. 2) Floor finishes of carpet, resilient sheet goods, ceramic tile, porcelain tile, epoxy painted and sealed concrete. 3) Wall finishes of paint, ceramic tile, and porcelain tile. 4) Ceiling finishes of acoustical lay-in tile, gypsum board, and gypsum board soffits. 5) Plastic laminate casework, HM doors and frames, wood doors, access panels, hardware, glazing, toilet accessories, markerboards, tackboards, signage, miscellaneous specialties. e. Mechanical Systems: 1) Plumbing including, supply and waste piping systems, piping insulation, plumbing fixtures, water heaters. 2) Heating including piping, piping insulation, boilers, unit heaters. 3) Ventilation to include, air handlers, fan coils, ductwork, duct insulation. 4) Temperature control system. f. Electrical Systems: 1) Electrical service, switchgear, distribution panels, conduit and wiring. 2) Interior and exterior lighting. 3) Low voltage work to include: data cabling, security rough-in. 4) Fire alarm.
