SCOPE OF SERVICES Tree Removal Tree removal scopes shall be provided on a per job basis and priced according to the bid specifications Trees can be removed as authorized by a City representative for jobs totaling less than $3,500 Trees can be removed per the job scope and bid specification pricing for all jobs priced in excess of $3,500 followed by receipt of a City issued Purchase Order Remove tree Chip and remove brush Remove all wood Grind stump to 18 beneath ground level, where possible Remove all logs Remove debris Replace topsoil Picture of tree before and after work is done All job debris must be removed and cleared from each job site Questions Due Date: Jul 30th 2024, 11:00 PM EDT Contractor agreements which result from this IFB will have an initial term of approximately September 1, 2024 through December 31, 2026. Contracting with the City as a result of this bid does not guarantee work. *Contractors must employ at least one licensed arborist and at least one licensed chemical applicator. Confirm that the company can supply a 100% performance bond when notified that they have been selected for the award. 100% Payment Bond,
