Improvements to the fall protection systems (i.e.: ladders, catwalks, platforms, and fall arrest systems) for five water tower/tank facilities: Battleground Ave., Gate City Blvd., Gorrell Street, Josephine Boyd Blvd., and Lees Chapel Road. These water towers belong to the City of Greensboro, NC. Coating work will also be needed on the water towers. All work will occur during the calendar years of 2024-2025 in a sequence dictated by the City of Greensboro. All materials and workmanship shall be in accordance with all referenced plans and specifications herein. Description Fall protection system improvements at the Josephine Boyd Rd. Water Storage Tower including ALL work on the contract plans and specifications. This includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, incidentals, fees, permits, taxes, mobilization/demobilization, overhead and profit, and other miscellaneous costs required to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as specified in Division 0 through 49 and all other incidental items. Application for payment shall be made as a percentage of the work completed. The lump sum price will be full compensation for providing all worked required at this location, including final punch correction, and demobilization from this site.
