Exterior Building Repair and Painting Greenville Aquatics & Fitness Center. Site Location: Greenville Aquatics & Fitness Center (GAFC) 921 Staton Rd Greenville, NC Questions regarding any part of this proposal shall be directed via email to Mike Watson, Project Coordinator, at mwatson@greenvillenc.gov Work shall start the week of September 2, 2024, and must be completed by the end of the day of October 4, 2024. Liquidated damages will apply if not completed on time. Scope Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment and material to make repairs on the exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) and brick veneer; prep and paint the exterior doors, metal downspouts, gas pipes and other areas as directed. Other areas of work will include removing and replacing insulation on some mechanical lines and replacing some aluminum grates in the soffit. All work shall be to industry standards. All OSHA requirements and other safety guidelines associated with the work shall be followed. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: If the Contractor fails to complete the work within the time specified in the bid package, the Contractor shall pay liquidated damages to the City of Greenville in the amount of $100.00 for each calendar day of delay until the work is completed or accepted.
