The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select under a single contract a competent company with significant and current experience in providing janitorial services for large firms and/or government entities. Furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide janitorial/custodial services for Iredell County Human Services Building, as specified herein. Question Deadline 08/08/2024 at 2:00 PM ET The deadline for requests for interpretation of this RFP and any other questions concerning the RFP not addressed during the mandatory pre-proposal meeting and shall be made in writing, and addressed to Antonia Stines, Purchasing Officer by email at antonia.stines@iredellcountync.gov. Iredell County completed a proposal for this building last Fall however due to agency changes within the building, Iredell County Administration has requested the building be rebid and to also align the contract with the County's fiscal year term. The initial contract will be for a year and a half, expiring June 30, 2026. This solicitation does not commit Iredell County to award a contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a proposal, or to procure or contract for the services. Iredell County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request and to cancel in part, or entirely, this proposal if it is in the best interest of the County to do so. Nothing in this solicitation or any response submitted pursuant to shall obligate Iredell County to award a contract to a bidder.
