The CSI shall provide testing and startup services to assist the Contractor with commissioning of the process control system and related instrumentation. B. Labeling of conductors as specified herein. C. Division 17 Complete responsibility for the provision of all Division 17 requirements, including equipment and services, as specified in the respective specification. D. Existing Conditions - Modify existing control circuits and control panels as required by the Contract Documents. E. Configure VPN router to extend existing Controls network between WWTP and the new Water Storage Tank. F. Supply quantities of CSI field technician personnel as specified herein for the duration necessary for system installation, startup and commissioning of the new systems andupgrades of existing systems. G. Provide manufacturer's services for installation, configuration and testing of equipment where specified. Manufacturer's representatives who are not under direct employment of the equipment manufacturer are permitted only where specified in the Contract Documents. H. Take ownership of all equipment being furnished through the CSI. Coordinate efforts associated with manufacturer's technicians and representatives for services required during installation, configuration, calibration, startup and troubleshooting of equipment. Coordination shall occur in a timely fashion as to not delay the project schedule. I. Fabrication, configuration, testing, startup and implementation of the Process Control System (PCS), control panels, instrumentation and electrical equipment as specified herein and required to construct a highly available, efficient, reliable, and operable system. J. Conduct and coordinate CSI coordination meetings and attend progress meetings as specified herein.
