All work performed must be according to the applicable EPA & OSHA regulations and guidelines: Polyethylene isolation of the work areas from the remainder of the property Install HEPA negative air filtration units as required Install dehumidifier Remove the following structures: Remove drywall in the last kennel HEPA vacuum & clean mold stained drywall in remaining 3 kennels Encapsulate affected drywall Clean HVAC diffusers HEPA vacuum & clean work area floors Install drywall, tape & sand where removed Paint Ceiling HEPA negative air unit(s) will remain operational until clearance tests have been achieve Questions are submitted online No We'll also need the Mold Contractor's License & Employee Certifications.
