Site work for a road / highway in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

* Award subject to final approval. Guardrail & Guardrail End Treatment Conversion to Steel Post Option on Abinojii Mikanah and McGillivray Blvd at Southwest Rapid Transitway Structures The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of converting each existing timber post option guardrail and guardrail end treatment installation at the Southwest Rapid Transitway structures on Abinojii Mikanah (formally Bishop Grandin Blvd) and McGillivray Blvd. to the existing manufacturers steel post option. There are four (4) installations located at the Abinojii Mikanah structure and two (2) installations located at the McGillivray Blvd structure. Once removed, all timber post option components, including end treatment timber post option components are to be salvaged and returned to the City of Winnipeg Bridge Operations Branch. Large components, such as timber posts shall be palletized for return and hardware items shall be sorted in containers for return. The existing W-Beam guardrail is to be re-used for the conversion. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
