Various Citywide Asbestos / lead/MOLD / PCB Abatement for Various Schools/boroughs Throughout NYC A bid bond or certified check of the bidder for an amount of $80,000 must accompany each bid, prepared on the form of Bid Bond annexed to the Construction Contract. The successful bidder(s) will be required to furnish the SCA, Payment and Performance/Labor and Material Bonds for an amount of $1,600,000 on the specific form annexed to Construction Contract immediately upon receipt of Notice of Intent to Award Letter. Question Deadline 08/12/2024 All questions by prospective bidders concerning this solicitation should be directed, in writing at least three (3) business days prior to the originally scheduled, or, if applicable, postponed bid opening date to Ms. Janet Kalin, Contract Administrator at E-mail: jkalin@nycsca.org and Phone Number: (718)472-8204. Pursuant to the SCA's authorizing legislation, contracts will only be awarded to contractors prequalified by the SCA. If the Bidder is not prequalified at the time of the bid opening its bid will not be accepted. The Contractor shall commence Work under this Contract with the execution of a contract by the SCA for a performance period of 1095 days from the aforementioned date.
