Renovation of a laboratory facility in Stillwater, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12805B23Q0412 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05. The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Plains Area has a need to purchase Repair/Replace Electrical Service to Peanut Dryers. The Government intends to award firm fixed price purchase order. The requirements are in further detail in the attached Requirements Documents. 12805B24Q0412 Repair/Replace Electrical Service to Peanut Dryers Attachment 01 Statement of Work Attachment 02 Wage Determination PERFORMANCE ADDRESS: USDA-ARS Peanut and Small Grains Research Unit 1301 N Western Road Stillwater, Oklahoma 74075 In order to be considered for award, Offerors shall respond by addressing all of the requirements in the Request for Quotation (RFQ). Have an Active SAM.gov registration and complete the Representations in FAR 52.204-24; the Representation and Certification section should also be completed electronically in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov Failure to provide the required information in the requested format may result in quotes not being considered for award. Attached Provisions/Clauses including the Buy American Act apply to this RFQ and any subsequent award. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for bid/proposal preparation costs. The period of performance will be 60 days after award. Complete and submit page 1, along with any additional information required by the instructions to offerors. Provide a delivery date with your proposal. Provide Contractor SAM Unique Entity Identification Number on cover page Quotes must remain valid until September 30, 2024. E-mail notifications of payments are sent when a payment is distributed to your bank account and will include all pertinent payment information.
