This Work consists of utilizing Agency provided prospective or mandatory material source as the Contractor elects or as required for the construction of the Contract. Material Source Specific Requirements - The following prospective material source, for the production of 5" - 0 aggregate, that may warrant investigation and consideration for use by the Contractor on this Project is as follows: (a) Prospective Material Source, Garbage Pit Quarry: o Source Number - OR- 33-054-4 o DOGAMI Number - 33-0097 o Location - Approximately 10 miles southwest of the town of Shaniko on US97 (Sherman Highway No. 042), in the SE 1/4 of Section 22, T. 7 S. , R. 15 E., W.M. o Access - Adjacent southeast of MP 66.41 of US 97. o Available Area for Equipment Setup, Stockpiling, and Processing Aggregate: o Existing - 4 acres o Development - 1 acres. SCOPE OF WORK: Work includes producing 8,000 CY of specified aggregate. WORK LOCATION: Garbage pit is located at MP 66.4 on US 97, approximately 10 miles southwest of the town of Shaniko, in the SE 1/4 of Section 22, T. 7 S., R. 15 E, W.M.
