Seawall Repairs SPECIFICATION: "Seawall Repairs" Price per square foot to furnish and install all materials needed to perform the following scope of work on Town owned seawalls in Winthrop, MA from August 15, 2024 to June 30, 2025: o Chip and remove all unsound Concrete (Limits to be determined by DPW Director) o Install 2 x 2 galvanized Wire mesh and J-hook Anchors, where needed (Inspection required by DPW Director) o Pressure wash all areas of seawall at 3000 psi prior to shotcrete installation o Install shotcrete (to limits determined by DPW Director) with MSD1X2 King shotcrete preengineered bags o Final skim coat over repaired wall with SilPro Concrete Finisher gray in color. Special Qualifications: o Must have at least 20,000 ft.2 of repair experience in the last three years on marine structures using dry mix process with pre-engineered bag o Must be MA DOT Marine Certified Installer
