Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive Proposals for the design, manufacture, supply and delivery of 80 replacement surface air coolers, to replace the existing coolers at Long Spruce Generating Station. This will also include a Purchaser’s Option for one Kelsey Generating Station surface air cooler. The Work includes the design, manufacture, supply and delivery of 80 replacement surface air coolers for Long Spruce Generating Station and a Purchaser’s Option for one surface air cooler for Kelsey Generating Station Units six (6) and seven (7). Description of ITEMS of the Work listed below are provided as a general overview. Detailed Purchaser’s Requirements are provided in the Technical Requirements.
