Format Cost Bidding Documents (including Half-Size Drawings) $ 100.00 Email containing Bidding Documents in portable document format (PDF) $ 25.00 MBE (18.6%), WBE (6.9%) Question Deadline 08/15/2024 No oral interpretations will be made to any bidder. Each request for clarification shall be made in writing to the City of Covington or engineer no less than seven (7) days prior to the bid opening
