Reference number: 20009745 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-08-08 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 24 SNOW REMOVAL - IRON HILL SECTOR - 2 SEASONS The Town of Brome Lake is seeking bidders for the winter maintenance of various roads on its territory in the Iron Hill sector for a period of two (2) years. The contract will include all normal services normally required for this type of project. The bidder must have an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental market liberalization agreement applicable to Town of Brome Lake under the terms of the call for tenders. All bids must be produced and submitted on the bid form provided for this purpose and must comply with the conditions stipulated in this request for tender and the accompanying Specifications. With its bid, the bidder must provide a bid security representing ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the first year of the contract, before taxes, in the form of a certified cheque drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or credit union, payable to Town of Brome Lake or an irrevocable bank letter of guarantee or a surety bond of the same value. Town of Brome Lake does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids submitted and is under no obligation to the bidders.
