Janitorial Services for the City of Inglewood Parks Freestanding Restrooms Each bid must be accompanied by a deposit in the form of cash, cashier's check, or certified check made payable to the City of Inglewood or a bid bond for an amount not less than ten (10%) of the aggregate of the bid, as a guaranty that the successful Bidder will, within the time specified, enter into an agreement as provided in the bid document and furnish bonds when required in the General Provisions; the Payment Bond and the Performance Bond shall be in a sum equal to the contract price. The City reserves the right to add or subtract quantities and/or services based on the unit prices/unit lump sums so indicated as its budgetary needs may require.
