Construction of Lift Station No. 3 for Montgomery County Mud No. 152c Question Deadline 07/31/2024 SCOPE A. This section provides an overall summary of the WORK, the responsibilities of the CONTRACTOR, and his affiliation to the OWNER. It does not supersede specific requirements of other Contract Documents in this Project Manual. B. The WORK consists of the following: an 10-foot diameter concrete wet well at a depth of 26 feet below natural ground (by caisson construction), with a 10-inch diameter influent line at a 21-foot depth, three (3) submersible lift pumps with a firm capacity of 525 gallons per minute (gpm), 6-inch ductile iron discharge piping, header and valves, 8-inch PVC force main, elevation controls, auto dialer, manual transfer switch, and an onsite permanent generator. The facility will be encompassed by an 8-foot tall security fence with 3-tier barbed wire. Contractor will be responsible for obtaining, installing, and constructing all materials per plans and specifications to provide a fully functional and operational sanitary lift station Job no. 2022297-000-00 job No 162-0007
