Sealed Lump Sum Bids will be received for the New Town City Hall Replacement Phase 1 - Temporary Portable Offices Bids shall be prepared in compliance with the Instruction to Bidders and shall be bid as Single Prime Contract (portable offices and site construction) OR Multiple Contract Project consisting of the following prime contracts: Portable Offices contract; and Site Construction (temporary site utilities & hookups). Est. Completion Date: Sept. 29, 2024 Project Description: Phase 1 of the project includes supply and installation of temporary offices for the Owner's use during demolition of the existing civic center and construction of the new city hall. This phase also includes temporary site utilities and hookup to the portable units. Project Location: 103 Soo Place, New Town ND. Bids not fully complying with the requirements of North Dakota Century Code Chapter 48-01.2 will not be read or considered. Any deficient bid will be resealed and returned to the Bidder immediately. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Each bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope containing the Bidder's Contractor's license and bid security. The Bidder must be licensed for the full amount of the bid. Bid security in the form of a bidder's bond shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Bidders shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work on or before September 29, 2024. The work is subject to liquidated damages. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
