Project No: OTK-2021-014 Following Work: Allender Road Bridge Replacement Project Work Performed Under This Contract Consists of the Following: Replacement of the Existing Bridge Including Clearing and Grubbing, Traffic Control, a Detour Road and Bridge, Bridge Removal, Pile Foundations, Concrete Work, Bridge Superstructure, Bridge Barriers, Guardrail, Roadway Reconstruction, Paving, Stream Restoration and Planting, and Other Work. Then Cowlitz County and Then Projects Bidding. All Bid Proposals Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Proposal Deposit in Cash, Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Surety Bond in an Amount Equal to Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of Such Bid Proposal. Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into Such Contract and Furnish Satisfactory Performance Bond Within the Time Stated in the Specifications, the Bid Proposal Deposit Shall Be Forfeited to Cowlitz County. The Board Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Any Immaterial Irregularities or Informalities in Any Bid or in the Bidding. Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into Such Contract and Furnish Satisfactory Performance Bond Within the Time Stated in the Specifications, the Bid Proposal Deposit Shall Be Forfeited to Cowlitz County.
