Q & A deadline: Aug 05, 2024 10:00:00 AM CT All questions must be submitted through online City of Oklahoma City has public improvement work that requires the professional services of a consulting firm ("Consultant"). Scope of Work: The consultant wilI provide all prelirninary engineering services required to develop a clarifier rehabilitation plan for Deer Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. The rehabilitation plan is anticipated to occur in two separate construction phases. The first phase will rehabilitate Primary Clarifiers 3,4, and 44. The second phase will rehabilitate Nitrification Clarifiers 24 and 25, as well as Final Clarifiers2T and 28. Preliminary design seruices will be completed for all seven clarifiers and will recourmend a final phasing plan approach for the improvements. Final design, bidding, construction administration and management, inspection, and as-built services may be completed under a future amendment. In addition to the requirements outlined in this adveftisement, Letter of Interest subrnittals must also provide the below infomration. The City and its Trust reserve the right to award the Contract(s) or not and to revise the Scope of Services and/or the Project scope or description. as may be in the best interest of the City or Trust.
