Renovation of a municipal facility in Dalton, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

The City of Dalton requests proposals from qualified and professional firms to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and other necessary resources to perform all required work necessary to remove and dispose of the existing air conditioning systems and install new air conditioning systems at the Dalton City Hall located at 300 West Waugh Street, Dalton, GA 30720. Proposals must include the contractors response to all questions and fully executed Bid Bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposed lump sum contract price (exclusive of any alternates and unit prices) in the form required by the Instructions to Proposers. No proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving proposals for a period of sixty (60) days. The City of Dalton reserves the right to reject any or all proposals (and/or alternates) and to waive formalities and re-advertise.
