Reference number: 20008523 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2024-08-07 Expected contract duration without options (in months) 36 SANITARY PIPE CLEANING The City of Saint-Pascal is requesting tenders, by way of a public call for tenders, for sanitary sewer line cleaning work for the years 2024 to 2027 inclusively. BIDDING CONDITIONS Only persons, companies or corporations having their principal place of business in Quebec or, where an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by such agreement, are authorized to bid. This contract is subject to the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement (QOTCA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Tenders must be made on the form and tender slips provided with the specifications and must be accompanied by a bid security equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender, including applicable taxes. This bid security must be in the form of a certified cheque made payable to the City of Saint-Pascal or in the form of a bid bond issued in favour of the City by an insurance company authorized to act as surety. Ville de Saint-Pascal does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received. Ville de Saint-Pascal will not be liable for any claims or actions for costs or losses incurred by bidders as a result of such decisions.
