Description of Work: Contractor Shall Perform All Work and Furnish All Tools, Materials, Supplies, Equipment, Labor and Other Items Incidental Thereto Necessary for the Construction and Completion of the Work, More Particularly Described as the Percival Creek Fish Passage Barrier Removal Project. The Project Includes, Without Limitation, Clearing and Grubbing, Temporary Stream Diversion, Structural Excavation, Contractor Designed Pre-cast Concrete Culvert, Gravity Block Retaining Walls, Storm Sewer Conveyance and Outfall Protection, Hma Paving, Erosion Control, Curb and Gutter, Pervious Sidewalk, Pavement Marking, Signage, Utility Relocation Protection and Replacement, Full Road Closure, and Other Work; as Shown on the Plans and as Described in These Specifications, All in Accordance With the Contract Documents (Work). Bid Documents Estimated Budget: $2,000,000 to $2,500,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
