Commercial Kitchen Equipment All questions regarding this invitation to bid need to be submitted in writing via email to Kristinia Davis at kris.davis@sullivancountytn.gov. All questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2024, by the close of business. Questions will be answered in an addendum that will be issued no later than August 16, 2024. This project is being funded by the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development under the Community Development Block Grant addressing Food Insecurity. Sullivan County is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Qualified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) are encouraged to submit. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in the bid received and to accept or reject any and all items of any bid. No Bidder may modify, withdraw, or cancel a bid within sixty (60) calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
