B. Equipment Serial and Model Numbers 1. Granulator: SN - CA093600A-18007. MN - 1218X a. Granulator operates on a 480V Three-Phase electrical system. 2. Shredder: SN - 180601-01. MN - MS2260 a. Shredder operates on a 480V Three-Phase electrical system. 3. Shredder Control Panel a. Shredder control panel operates on a 480V Three-Phase electrical system. 4. Baldor Reliance Super "E" Motor, Blower Motor: SN - 92384. MN - 4002FD a. Baldor Reliance Super "E" Motor, Blower Motor operates on a 230 or 460V Three-Phase electrical system. C. SCDMV Responsibilities: 1. SCDMV shall provide 5K forklift and operator to move above equipment necessary for Contractor to complete the installation. 2. SCDMV shall provide two (2) service disconnects no higher than 60" from floor. a. One (1) 600V three phase 100Amp fused service disconnect (Shredder/control panel) within 20' of control panel. b. One (1) 600V three-phase 30amp fused service disconnect (Grinder) within 30' of grinder. D. Contractor Responsibilities 1. Contractor shall assemble the SCDMV-supplied cyclone stand, including all necessary welding. 2. Contractor shall direct the SCDMV forklift operator in placement the SCDMV-supplied shredder, grinder, cyclone, filter head, blower, and conveyor. 3. Contractor shall complete assembly and setup, including the mechanical and electrical termination of the shredder, grinder, conveyor, and blower/cyclone system. 4. Contractor shall provide six (6) 5/8"-11 x 3" bolts, washers, and nuts for risers. 5. Contractor shall base placement of the SCDMV-supplied shredder, grinder, cyclone, filter head, blower, and conveyor system on SCDMV-supplied original equipment manufacturer drawings and SCDMV floor markings, provided to Contractor by SCDMV after award. 6. Contractor must complete the mechanical installation of the piping, bends, couplings, and other components supplied by the SCDMV. 7. Contractor must terminate control and power cables from the equipment to the shredder control panel. 8. Contractor shall fuse the 600V three phase 100Amp fused service disconnect (Shredder/control panel) at 60 Amps with a Time Delay fuse. 9. Contractor shall fuse the 600V three-phase 30amp fused service disconnect (Grinder) at 20 Amps with a Time Delay fuse. 10. Contractor shall consult with Cumberland support whenever necessary for troubleshooting purposes and to ensure the accurate and complete execution of the project. 11. The Contractor must test and make proper adjustments upon assembly to ensure the equipment functions properly. 12. Contractor staff must sign and submit SCDMV AD-503B (Contract Personnel Acknowledgment of Non-Disclosure and Due Diligence; see Attachment A) to the Procurement Officer prior to commencement of work.
