Metal gates with retractable, self-closing hinges, some including conduit to run electrical to electrify gates. 1.02 QUALITY ASSURANCE A. Installer Qualifications: Fabricator of products. B. Emergency Access Requirements: Comply with requirements of authorities having jurisdiction for gates that must provide emergency access. C. Preinstallation Walk Through: Conduct conference at Project site. D. After Job Completion: Punch List walkthrough with Director of Operations
