Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Lorette, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 71,849-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.

The Rural Municipality of Taché (the Owner) is informing the construction industry that it intends to retain a Construction Manager for its new Community Centre Project (the Project). Calnitsky Associates Architects (CAA) was selected to design the new Community Centre in Lorette, Manitoba. The new facility will replace the arena built in 1967. Current design documents place building area at ~ 6,675m². The main floor includes an arena / ice surface, library, walking track, and senior center, and the second floor includes a sports activity hall and offices. The Project must meet specific environmental design standards, including energy efficiency targets. Construction - Start: Q4 2024 - Q1 2025 Project Substantial Performance - Finish: Q2 2026 Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
