The owner has determined a prequalified list of general contractors. City of Hillsboro, Oregon (City) Requests Competitive Proposals From Experienced General Contractors to Provide the Services of a Construction Manager / General Contractor for the Gordon Faber Recreation Complex Softball Fields Project. The City Encourages the Participation of Firms Certified by Oregon's Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity in This and All Other City Contracting Opportunities. The City of Hillsboro (the City) is planning to construct new softball fields at two locations at the Gordon Faber Recreation Center (GFRC) property located at 4450 NE Century Boulevard in Hillsboro, Oregon. The project site location is shown on Figure 1, Vicinity Map. The two locations will be located in unimproved areas located east and west of the existing improvements at GFRC. The unimproved areas collectively encompass approximately 30 acres. The proposed project improvements include new ball fields at each site and a new parking lot and drive aisle at the west site. The east site will use existing parking facilities located in the east portion of the GFRC.
