Site work and asbestos abatement for a clubhouse / community center in Orange, Connecticut. Completed plans call for site work for a clubhouse / community center; and for asbestos abatement for a clubhouse / community center.
The Town of Orange requests bids from qualified contractors to remove and dispose of the existing Cafeteria flooring, including abatement of asbestos-containing floor tiles and mastic, at the High Plains Community Center at 525 Orange Center Road. Question Deadline 08/01/2024 at 10:00 AM ET Questions All questions shall be submitted by email to the Director of Public Works at bbrinton@orange-ct.gov. All questions will be answered by email. This project is anticipated to be funded with federal ARPA funds designated for senior centers (no state funds are anticipated), and the project is expected to cost less than $50,000, therefore, CHRO small/minority/women/disabled business set-aside requirements do not apply.
