Site work and paving for a civil project in Burlington, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Work to be completed under this contract involves removal of the existing asphalt, poly drain, gabion baskets, and granular materials. Installing new sheet piles along the dock side, perforated sub drain, new granular A backfill compacted and new asphalt surface at CCIW. The replacement must be performed as per the specifications documents and drawings provided. The contractor must provide for all the required materials, equipment before/during/after installation and labour for installation, and manage the project requirements following the National Building Code. This project shall be completed by March 31, 2025. The estimated contract period will be 6 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/09/16.
