Reference Number : 0000358643 Seeking to enter into a contract with a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) Contractor to provide pre-construction and construction services for a new Emergency Services building Larimer County is seeking to enter into a contract with a qualified CMaR Contractor through this Construction Manager at Risk (CMaR) solicitation to provide pre-construction and construction services for a new Emergency Services building. The new building will be built at 2250 W County Rd 56, Fort Collins, CO 80524. The existing Emergency Services facility, located at 1303 N Shields St, Fort Collins, CO 80524, includes approximately 8,380 sq ft of building area originally constructed in 1957 and expanded/renovated in 1996 and 2016. The building provides administrative offices, staff support, and vehicle and equipment storage bays. While the building is in fair/good condition, it is undersized for our current needs and cannot be expanded due to the existing flood plain. Larimer County sought to find and purchase property for a new Emergency Services Facility; approximately 50 acres were purchased in the fall of 2023 at 2250 W CR 56 for this purpose.
