The City of Omaha Parks, Recreation, and Public Property Department is issuing this request for proposals from interested and qualified firms in providing comprehensive Construction Management At-Risk (CMAR) services for improvements at the Tranquility Park Multi-Sports Complex Improvements (Project) in Omaha, Nebraska. The Project includes the redevelopment and expansion of the existing soccer field components along with addition of youth baseball/softball fields to create a premiere regional multi-sports field complex facility with supporting infrastructure and building/ site improvements. The City seeks interested firms employing highly qualified personnel with experience and expertise in delivering work of the nature described herein and providing full service CMAR preconstruction and construction phase services.
