The City of Rosenberg is seeking quotes from qualified vendors to provide mowing services for Wastewater Treatment Plants. The successful bidder/contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools and supervision necessary and required during the course of performing mowing services within the Wastewater Treatment Plant areas as indicated in the attached maps. Acreage requirements total approximately 35.78 Acres Contractor shall provide the City with an acceptable maintenance schedule and monthly performance report. Contract shall contact Public Works Department staff immediately if inclement weather has materially affected the maintenance schedule. Locations: The City of Rosenberg Wastewater Treatment Plants are located within the city limits of Rosenberg at the following locations: o Wastewater Treatment Plant #1A - 2700 Avenue A -Rosenberg, TX 77471 o Wastewater Treatment Plant #2 - 3650 N. Fairgrounds Rd. - Rosenberg, TX 77471 o Wastewater Treatment Plant #3 - 411 Cottonwood Church Rd. - Rosenberg, TX 77471 Delivery of Services o Each cycle will be completed within five (5) working days to include: o Mowing Services o Litter pick-up o String line trimming String line trimming services shall be performed around all obstacles that cannot be mowed around closely such as manholes, fire hydrants, water valves, trees, utility poles, fences, culverts, signs, inlets, building structures, tank structures, pipe structures, steep grade slopes, etc. The contractor is required to edge along sidewalks, remove weeds within the cracks of curbs, sidewalks, backs of curbs and driveways. Contract Period :Contract shall commence on October 1, 2024, and continue until September 30, 2025.
