This project consists of a 5,560 sf addition and remodel for the LACTC Ag Addition. This project includes survey, testing, earthwork, asphalt paving, utilities, landscaping, selective demolition, building concrete, precast concrete, structural steel, roofing, overhead and coiling doors, rough carpentry, aluminum windows, casework, sealants, doors, gypsum assemblies, tile, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, specialties, wall protection, window shades, green house renovation, mechanical and electrical work. The construction of the project shall begin in September 2024 and will be completed in May 2025. Construction Engineers is soliciting competitive "Lump Sum Bids" for All Contract Categories.
