Renovations shall include removal and replacement of the playground equipment, removal and replacement of sections of the existing sideway with a "wavy walk", park benches, picnic tables, irrigation modifications and other ancillary items as further described in the "Conceptual Drawings" and Contract Documents. Thornton reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals, in part or in whole, and to award the Project to the most responsive and responsible firm(s) as deemed in the best interest of Thornton; further, the right is reserved to waive any formalities or informalities contained in said Proposal(s).
