The Project Scope for Cr 349 From End of Cr 349s to Beginning of New Pavement on Cr 349s Consists of Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation of Cr 349 for a Distance of Approximately 11.7 Miles. Construction Also Includes Maintenance of Traffic, Erosion Control, Clearing and Grubbing, Earthwork, Drainage, Sodding, Pavement Markings and Other Associated Work. All Work Shall Be Done in Accordance With the Contract Documents, Including the Low Bid Design-build Request for Proposal (Rfp). Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond Payable to the County for an Amount Equal to at Least Five Percent (5%) of the Amount of the Bid Price Proposal. The County Will, Within Ten (10) Days After the Opening of the Bids, Return Deposits of All Bidders Except Those Posted by the Three Lowest Bidders, Whose Deposits Will Be Returned Upon Final Award and Execution of the Contract Between the Successful Bidder and the County and After a Satisfactory Contract Bond Has Been Executed. Guaranty Bonds in the Form of a Performance and Payment Bond in Amounts Equal to One Hundred and Ten Percent (110%) of the Contract Sum Will Be Required of the Successful Bidder. It is the Bidders Responsibility to Ensure Delivery of the Bid to the Board of County Commissioners Office on or Before the Date Specified. No Bidder May Withdraw His Bid for a Period of One Hundred and Twenty (120) Days After the Date Set for the Opening of Bids. The Board of County Commissioners of Dixie County, Florida, Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Informalities and to Re-advertise.
