Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in West Monroe, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a sidewalk / parking lot; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Bids will be tabulated and submitted to the Ouachita Parish Police Jury at its next scheduled meeting, for the purpose of furnishing the following: West Ouachita Industrial Park Lift Station Rehabilitations, Ouachita Parish Police Jury, L&A, Inc. Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable Bid Bond payable to Ouachita Parish Police Jury in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid amount as a guarantee that, if awarded the Contract, the Bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute such bonds as may be required. Each bid shall also be accompanied by a Corporate Resolution or written evidence of the authority of the person signing the bid for the public work as prescribed by LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the full amount of the Contract in accordance with Article 5 of the General Conditions. In addition, the successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the Contract in accordance with Article 5 of the General Conditions. Estimated Probable Construction Cost: $476,000 The successful bidder must submit executed copies of the Non-Collusion Declaration, Attestation Clause and E-Verify Affidavit within ten (10) days of the bid opening. These items may be submitted with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, as provided for in LA R.S. 38:2214(B). Doc Notes: In accordance with R.S. 38:2212(D), deposits on the first set of documents furnished to bona fide prime bidders will be fully refunded upon return of the documents; deposits on any additional sets will be refunded less the actual costs of reproduction. Refunds will be made upon return of the documents in good condition within ten days after receipt of bids. Question Deadline 08/12/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to ENGINEER in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
