Existing low slope roof to be re-moved to the structural deck and replace with fully adhered EPDM system on tampered insulation. Also, the replacement of shingles, gutters and downspouts on the sloped roofs is required; and, The scope of work involved for this project is as follows: Roofing system replace-ment for the City of Center Line Public Library.
