This project consists of applying asphalt paving over the existing base course on Gauthier Lane in Pablo MT. . Extending 10 feet of pavement into lots 1-9. . Installing owner-furnished mailbox units on a raised concrete pad with bollard protection as per plans. . Alternate includes applying asphalt paving for the driveways of lots 1-9. All sealed bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of at least five percent (5%) of the bid amount.
