Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Pablo, Montana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project consists of applying asphalt paving over the existing base course on Gauthier Lane in Pablo MT. . Extending 10 feet of pavement into lots 1-9. . Installing owner-furnished mailbox units on a raised concrete pad with bollard protection as per plans. . Alternate includes applying asphalt paving for the driveways of lots 1-9. All sealed bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of at least five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The bid guarantee may be in the form of a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government Bonds at par value, or a bid bond secured by a surety company acceptable to the U.S. Government. Failure to include a bid guarantee will result in bid rejection. Unsuccessful bidders will have their bid guarantees returned as soon as practical after the bid opening/ award, while the successful bidder's bid guarantee will be returned upon contract execution. Bidder Responsibility: Each Bidder is Responsible for Site Investigation and Reading Thoroughly Through the Bid Documents. The Failure or Omission of Any Bidder to Do Any of the Foregoing Shall in No Way Relieve Any Bidder From Any Obligation to His or Her Bid. Interpretations: No Oral Interpretation Will Be Made to Any Bidder as to the Meaning of the Specifications and Drawings. Every Request for an Interpretation Shall Be Made in Writing.
