Site work for a water / sewer project in Nacogdoches, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
2024 Tank Rehabilitiations. The project is to be substantially complete within 90 calendar days from the notice to proceed, and shall be fully complete within 120 calendar days from the notice to proceed. Notice to proceed date is anticipated as TBD. Liquidated damages of $300.00 per day shall be assessed for any days in which contract time is exceeded. A Bidder's Bond, Certified or Cashier's Check in an amount not less than (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with D & M Water Supply Corporation. This project involves the rehabilitation of two potable water steel ground storage tanks. Tank exteriors will receive a pressure wash cleaning and overcoat application. Tank interiors will receive a near white blast with new protective coating systems. Miscellaneous upgrades include new aluminum vents and hatches, and new tank safety components. D & M Water Supply Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Question Deadline 08/01/2024
