The Project consists of Basement repairs to walls and floors; also, replacement of Basement window and wall vents, new window and wall vent wells and associated repairs; also, site and other work associated with or incidental to indicated Work in a multi-family development consisting of ten, 1-story, fourplex buildings and a Community Building. The Project includes a new Wireless Water Alarm System with its interior and exterior components primarily located in basement spaces, the Community Building and crawl spaces accessible from private Dwelling Unit interiors. General Bidders must agree to contract with minority and women business enterprises as certified by the Supplier Diversity Office (SDO), formerly SOMWBA. The combined participation benchmark reserved for such enterprises shall not be less than 13% of the final contract price including accepted alternates.
