Scope The project involves constructing reinforced concrete boxes and a half-road replacement on Westview Drive, Cedar dale Drive, Demarest Lane, and Windhaven Lane. This flood benefit must be mitigated with increased detention volume at property with HCAD Account No. 0430080000801 where the existing basin will be deepened lower than the receiving channel. A subsurface barrier wall will be installed to keep out infiltrating groundwater, and a storm water lift station will pump out the storm water. There are also street lighting improvements at Gessner Road and Westview Drive. The project also involves sidewalks with ADA compliant wheelchair ramps, driveways, pavement markings, etc.
