The scope of this project is to remove the two existing heating boilers and their associated circulation pumps, safeties, pressure gauges, temperature gauges, piping, valves, insulation and venting, and replace with new items as specified and/or required. The new boilers and existing pumps shall be reconnected to the existing Tekmar boiler controller and electrical feeds including reusing the existing starters for the pumps. Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of the Certified Cheque (front and back), the Irrevocable Letter of Credit or the Bid Bond and 'Consent of Surety' in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from SaskTenders. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence of competency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors.
