St. Gabriel Apartments HVAC Unit Replacement - The Project consists of removal and replacement of five (5) electric split systems including furnaces and air conditioning units, condensing units and thermostats and associated work for complete working systems with warranties. Questions Due Date: Aug 7th 2024, 4:30 PM EDT Contractors must also establish a 6.9% goal for female participation and a 0.6% goal for minority participation The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Replace existing HVAC units and condensing units as shown and listed on the contract drawings. Work includes include removal and disposal of existing equipment and installation of new equipment, exhaust, combustion air, refrigerant piping and condensate piping connections, replacement of refrigerant piping, sheet metal duct work tie in pieces, electrical connections, new filter racks, new thermostats, flushing and cleaning refrigerant piping, pressure testing, charging, set up and start up. B. Unit sizes and performance requirements for each system are as listed on contract drawings and technical specifications. The information provided is for a performance-based design. Final unit size shall be by contractor / equipment manufacturer. C. This project will be funded thru a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Community Development Block Grant Program; Contract No.: C000075818. All requirements of this grant must be followed by Contractors.
