Contract Description: Contract No. 2024-01 consists of the milling and paving of approximately 6,000 SY; and associated pavement restoration and improvements. The project includes up to three parking lots located in the Borough of Lewistown. Consists of the Milling and Paving of Approximately 6,000 Sy; and Associated Pavement Restoration and Improvements. The Project Includes Up to Three Parking Lots Located in the Borough of Lewistown. The Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Bid, Made Payable to the Municipality. The Municipality Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals. The Contractor Shall Adhere to the Provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates as Set Forth in the Contract Documents. The Contractor Shall Also Comply With the Provisions of the Act of March 3, 1978 (P.l. 6, No. 3 Known as the "Steel Procurement Act"). of Bidders, Including Subcontractors, as Specified in Section 102.01 of Penndot Specifications (Pub 408) is Required on This Project. The Successful Bidder(S) Will Be Required to Fully Complete All Work Within Approximately 30 Consecutive Calendar Days From, and Including, the Date Indicated by the Owner in Their Written Notice to Proceed. It Should Be Noted That the Work Shall Be Completed by October 25, 2024.
